On September 25, 2005, I Greg Fultz the owner of TreeTrunkcash.com came home from a out of state trip to find my Business PayPal account closed due to a violation of Paypal's "AUP" ( Acceptable use policy ) claiming that sites such as mine were not allowed to send or recieve payments via the paypal service. This action has created a severe hardship on my ability to do business on the internet i am attempting to get an appeal on there decision but unsucessfully as of this point. I as i am sure many others in this industry that run legitimate "randomizers" feel like we have a right to use paypal for our sites because our sites are like any other sites we provide a service and our members want the service we provide.

TreeTrunkcash.com is a well established website with hundreds of satisfied members that want to use paypal on randomizers without fear of there account being closed without notice.

Today, I asked that you the members of paypal and the people that love and want randomizers to be allowed by paypal to sign this petition I am unable to fight this battle without the internet communitys support. We the members of paypal put them as the #1 Payment processor of the internet without us where would they be ? don't you want to use paypal when and where you want?

Every website needs restriction this we understand but cutting off a industry just because they don't like it it's not right Paypal is preferred among the majority of the internet users so not letting our industry tap into that is depriving us of creating a successful business that will prosper.

So in closing send paypal a message that you want there AUP to be less restrictive and to allow certain sites that have no moral or ethical reason to be denied from there service. Thank you for taking the time to read and sign this petition.
