We the undersigned respectfully ask the Santa Clara City Council and/or the Santa Clara Police Department (SCPD) to immediately terminate the employment of Santa Clara police officers PABLO LOPEZ and G. SEAGRAVE (X-13). These police officers not only failed to protect and serve LIK ROPER as mandated, but they also (among MANY other things); a) discriminated against him by ignoring exculpatory evidence, then; b) wrongfully arrested him, causing injuries which led to a pending (slam dunk) lawsuit against the city of Santa Clara. These officers are essentially not even good enough for desk jobs and need to retire from the police force once, and literally FOR ALL. (because creative writing courses are supposed to be for fledgling writers, not cops who write bogus police reports to cover-up their mistakes) We are outraged by the treatment of the mighty LIK ROPER and/or the ducks in and around the City of Santa Clara, a city which has shown little or no respect for the United States Constitution, The Bill of Rights; the California Constitution; civil liberties; civil rights; human rights; animal rights and/or the conservation of wildlife habitat.
