American tax dollars should aid in peace, not war

We call upon the Government of the United States of America to not allow any more military aid, or any kind of aid that could be diverted to military use, until Israel agrees to just terms for resolving Palestinian claims.. Just terms must include: (1) recognizing the sovereign state of Palestine; (2) turning over all illegal settlements to Palestinians and bringing all Jewish settlers back inside the Green Line; (3) sharing Jerusalem as the capital of two states; (4) turning over the holy sites in the Old City to UN administration; (5) fair sharing of water, power, access to ports and roads between Israel and Palestine; (6) right of return for Palestinians in exile, or fair compensation in lieu of return, the choice to be made by individual Palestinians, not by Israel.
We, the American people do not agree with the bloodshed that is happening, and we do not want our tax monies suppliing Israel with advanced military training and suppplies to use for ethnic cleansing. We will no longer stand by and let this happen. Our tax dollars will be used for peace, not war.
